Happy Birthday, Sleepy Joe!

We here at WaddyIsRight wish "President" Joe Biden a VERY Happy 79th Birthday!  You don't look a day over 100, and that's the truth.  We trust you'll have lots of birthday cake, and -- who knows -- maybe some starry-eyed kids will rub the hairs on your legs...for a treat!  You deserve it, old man.

In other news, President Trump is sounding off on the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict.  Personally, I don't prejudge or pontificate on criminal trials.  I mean, I wasn't there in Kenosha, for the shooting or the trial, so there's a ton I don't know about Rittenhouse's guilt or innocence.  One thing I do know, however, is that, in America, we're all innocent until proven guilty.  Thus, we all need to take a deep breath and remember: just because we don't like someone (and heaven knows the Left HATES Kyle Rittenhouse), that doesn't make them guilty of any crime.  Want to move the goalposts and assume everyone guilty until proven innocent?  Then I say: be careful what you wish for!

Finally, wokeness has infected our schools in countless ways, some subtle and some not so subtle, but check out this article about how teachers essentially try to recruit middle-schoolers to the LGBTQ+ "team".  And it appears to be working: a huge percentage of youngsters now idenitify as gay, "non-binary", and the like.

  1. Dr.Waddy from Jack: Since Biden was a private citizen when he "suggested", nationally, since he was a Presidential candidate, that Rittenhouse was a "white supremacist" (a term Biden probably uses reflexively and cannot define); I'll bet Rittenhouse is going to collect big bucks eventually. Since he is now protected by his office, Biden probably cannot be financially tasked for his assertion that he is angry at the verdict but gee, he might have chosen to refrain, yes? Kyle is a super gutsy guy but, ehh, it IS a somewhat disturbing thought for an 18 year old that the President is displeased with you; why it could even motivate other people to disfavor you!

  2. Dr.Waddy from Jack: The well being of this exonerated young man, who has endured incalculably intense anxiety, is of no moment to this "President" and other demonstrative leftist luminaries, some themselves rating much doubt as to their ehh, questionable, past conduct. I know, Kyle should simply have countenanced and endured the lethal attacks he faced; he should have known he was defying politically correct dictate. And oh yes, he should not have been there, or armed in reasonable expectation of mayhem in the midst of(shall I say it?) an insurrection? Why of course he deserved injury even unto death for not being in his place. Believe me, in still Cuomoyork, he would have been incarcerated for his insolence in resisting politically approved thugs, who are exalted in NY.

  3. Dr.Waddy from Jack: Some may doubt Biden because of his age but then, his diminished mental accuity can occur at younger ages (now what did you say your name is Doc?). And there are probably plenty of bright octogenarians ot there. I'd say the most discrediting perception of him is that he is, in a setting which has often been graced by greatness, a mediocrity, a shill for disdainful, destructive radicals who use him as a marionette.

  4. Dr. Waddy from Jack: Recent speculation as to Russian intent in massing troops on their border with Ukraine and of Chinese feints toward invasion of Taiwan must generate consideration over whether foreign perception of the U.S. being led by a pusillanimous executive branch is a significant perception. If it is are they right? It is to be trusted that the Dem/left for which Biden is a half comprehending marionette would seek American defeat should any such crisis crest!

  5. Dr.Waddyfrom Jack: A factor, I think, to keep in mind is that the airy American left is probably very miffed at China for its having rejected Marxism. An invasion of Taiwan might occasion in them a command to their marionette to resist it.

  6. Jack, I'm glad you said what you said about Biden calling Rittenhouse a "white supremacist", because it motivated me to get to the bottom of it. I had the impression that he said it recently. He didn't. In fact, he never directly said it at all. That makes me feel a little better, although you're right that we're ALL "white supremacists" as far as the lefties are concerned.

One has to wonder whether Rittenhouse will still face federal charges of some kind. Don't discount the possibility. If I were Rittenhouse, I would tread carefully.

I agree, Jack: Biden's age, per se, is the least of his problems!

I'll believe in Russian/Chinese aggression when I see it. So far, I don't think either country has the guts to pull the trigger.

The U.S. resist an invasion of Taiwan? If, by "resist", you mean impose a 3% tariff on rubber duckies, then perhaps...

  8. Dr. waddy from Jack:When I was a prison librarian I sent a thug a routine overdue book notice in response to which he crudely confronted me and when I would not back down said " we should have a riot here and some people should have their throats cut! " Slick eh? By wording it that he escaped a well deserved charge of making a threat.

  9. Dr. Waddy from Jack: My understanding is that Biden made reference to "white supremacists" in a comment on the Rittenhouse case. If so, though pore 'ol Joe is no Slick Willy, he may simply have been mouthing his leftist handler's commands, as a good marionette does.

  10. Dr.Waddy from Jack: And it may it may have had the effect, though perhaps not being soporific Joe's intent, of referring to Kyle Rittenhouse, which could have stood Kyle to serious disadvantage.

  11. Dr. Waddy fromJack: Dan Bongino, on his radio show today, stated that in a TV interview of Kyle on Fox Monday night, much creditable reference was freely made to the term "defamation". This kid is old beyond his years (of course, for God's sake he is) and I think he uses well legal guidance he has received. I see he has received online advice from that nice kid who calmly withstood a very public politically correct confrontation and was savaged by CNN for failing to cringe and apologize and who has now made CNN pay! I hope both he and Kyle further grace our public life in the future.

  12. Dr.Waddy from Jack: This seems to be " erasure day" on my comments! OK, again: Federal charges for Kyle? That is a very plausible concern given the bias evident in our present Executive Branch. Of course, the 2022 elections do loom!

  13. Dr. Waddy from Jack: Wokeness ( no quotation marks needed anymore); I experienced it even 11 years ago in an even rural school, when, as a sub, I had to read to second graders a fable about an idyllic thoroughly green planet inhabited by innocent green exemplars savaged by hairy human monsters with no redeeming qualities.

  14. Jack, even assuming that Biden had called Kyle Rittenhouse a "white supremacist", directly and unambiguously, I suppose his defense could be: "Why, all I did was watch CNN and repeat what I was told..." He'd have a point, too.

Now, how Nick Sandman managed the feat of extracting $250 million from CNN is a mystery well worth exploring. Sandman proves that miracles do happen!
