Rubbish!

Friends, the latest furor on the campaign trail revolves around Joe Biden's intemperate remark that the only "garbage" he sees in this election is "his supporters", referring to Donald Trump's backers, of course.  Conservatives, Republicans, and Trumpers immediately got the vapors, but I commend Sleepy Joe for this rare moment of lucidity and candor.  Democrats and progressives absolutely despise not only Trump, but everyone who votes for him -- and they might as well admit it.  Kamala Harris is tying herself in knots trying to be inclusive and vicious, at the same time.  Good luck with that!  Meanwhile, Trump is saying that Joe should be forgiven, because he "not knoweth what he said".  This is naturally a reference to Biden's...doubtful mental acuity, but the Biblical allusion is a nice touch.  One suspects that lefties will find the merciful, forgiving Trump every bit as aggravating, if not more so, as the braggart and the windbag.  In any case, no one can deny that Joe Biden stepped all over Kamala's message for the day (and the week), which is that Donald Trump is unfit to serve as president.  It's as if Sleepy Joe became jealous and wanted to remind us that, "Hey, I'm unfit too!"

Finally, our beloved rogue SCOTUS, which carries water for fascists of all stripes, as we all know, has decided that states can, in fact, enforce the law and prevent non-citizens from voting.  Democrats are aghast!  I'm not quite sure why, because they're always telling us that non-citizen voting isn't a thing...  Anyway, this won't affect the election in any significant way, but it's a slight shot in the arm for election integrity and a reminder of Democrats' inanity, which never hurts at the eleventh hour.

  1. Dr. Waddy from Jack: Well Biden went Hillary one better. She overgeneralized in calling us deplorable, Now we know we are deplorable garbage only. But gee, garbage is deplorable by definition isn't it? Why then, Biden's true offense was deplorable redundancy, yes!? Oh this isn't word salad ,this is a veritable word briar patch. Oh please B'rer Biden and Mother Hillary, DON"T throw me in that briar patch! It doesn't take a village, it just takes common sense(look the term up if you two are mystified by it; it was in routine use before the '60s).

By the way, what could motivate Biden to castigate all DJT supporters floating in waters contiguous to Puerto Rico. What kind of s- - tful animus does he have against them, to use the Presidential pinnacle to task them? I just don't know!

But you are right to compliment him for his frankness. The antiamerican left has been blithe to condemn the use of "hateful" characterizations except, well, when its OK. Something off about that. You'd think they actually hate us! But why? Because we dare to doubt their unimpeachable virtue, their consummate justice, the inevitability of their victorious ascension to absolute stewardship over us, the great unwashed?

It may be that, for all their breathless devotion to the suppression of the Trumpian heresy, the antiamerican left has made a rare old mess of this . They were pledged therefore to personally plague DJT "even unto roaring" in order to clear the road for their inexorable rise to invinciblity. But in his unforgiveable insolence not only has he refused to dismantle the roadblock, he perches at its very apex rejoicing at their spluttering self righteous hooey.

By next week at this time we may know. Will America send these vicious brats to their room for a long, long time out or will we allow them to continue trashing everything we cherish?

At this point, one side has to give in to taking the offense front. I'll be dammed if I take the victim role! Screw that!
Maybe we should just be willing to embrace the flowers thrown our way.

For example, the campaign response could go something like this:
All you garbage types (and the stewards of same) deserve respect! Rubbish it is! I'm glad to roll with that! Better yet, call me the marshal of refuse! I'll proudly wear the label, of course with the permission of the honorable, legit folks that truly wear that distinction!

      Waste products, unite!
      Oorah!

  2. Dr. Waddy from Jack: How very much the antiamerican left has degraded our country that we must ask our highest Court to confirm that common sense is , well, common sense. Citizens only in the voting booth; why the very thought! DJT's Scotus appointments are the gift which keeps on giving.

Let's just imagine how the Hillary court would have responded to Virginia's presumptuous request: " This proposal manifests utterly unacceptable racist animus; not only do we deny it but we find it necessary to take the plaintiffs to school: you cannot discriminate in any way in our country! The term bears the weight of our country's sad history of injustice. That burden is so heavy that it requires no further support; it condemns upon accusation."

  3. Jack, the irony to me is that the Left, through lawfare, has always had the power to stop Trump in his tracks and literally to banish him from polite society. A well-run prosecution in a courtroom infused with TDS could have sent Trump to the slammer a long time ago. They just didn't have the competence and/or the ruthlessness. It seems to me, Jack, that they honestly believed that merely by castigating Trump as a villain and a "felon" they could kneecap him politically. They assumed that the great cloud of legal dust that they have kicked up would do the job. Pretty naive! Of course, they may not make that mistake next time...

  4. Dr. Waddy from Jack: "Proud to be garbage!" That is the new byword and it appears to be exploding on the scene, as is the wearing of orange safety vests. Biden really blew it and DJT is taking brilliant advantage of it with very engaging humor. And you are right: Biden meant it and faithfully expectorated the true opinion of us held by antiamerica.

I would not put it completely beyond the desperate dems to have Harris sport an orange vest too in a lame "attempt to preeempt". They would do well to remember Dukakis's ridiculous patronizing ride in a tank but I hope they don't.

Now you're talking! I just saw this after posting above. Garbage Pride Day is not far behind this declaration!

  5. Dr. Waddy from Jack: I suppose it is to be expected that when an unprecedented tactic like massive lawfare is pioneered it will be full of glitches. Perhaps they expected that if they engaged in elephantine turd flinging that some of the effluent missiles would stick. With normal people as the target it might well have been so but DJT is not normal; he is extraordinary. It would have been close to unsupportable to predict that their onslaught would actually help DJY's cause but it appears it has done just that. We'll know in a few days.

  6. Dr. Waddy from Jack: Being an outdoorsman I remember when Goretex debuted. It was a miracle material which both shut out water but admitted refreshing air; it was an effective windbreaker but did not have the feel of the suffocating synthetics of those days.

Let me be the first to label Harris the "Goretex' candidate (without any intent to preempt your comments above). She seeks to be all to every soul all the time. She thinks she can pull it off. May she prosper in this , that is, in the secluded setting to which we must hope she will repair after having been adjudged unacceptable by America.

  7. Richie from Garbagey Jack: Let it be proclaimed throughout the land on Jan. 22 that garbage is now exalted. And being a necessary first step toward the "fascism" of which we are frantically predicted: let it be required that all don orange safety vests to commemorate the day of the "QUOTE". In suggesting this I do not mean to patronize those who wear it on their jobs. I loathe the dems' disingenuous embrace of working people at election time, when they actually despise them.

  8. Richie from Jack the Deplorable: F. . .king A!. You hit it on the head. Take it to them rather than waiting on them to presume. Perhaps DJT's best gift to us has been his unrelenting confrontational mien toward antiamerica. He is proving it works and that they are, after all, just human, not the Promethean, unquestionable exemplars of virtue and justice they assume themselves to be.

  9. Dr. Waddy from Jack: In thinking about what DJT did for us in his first term I've started thinking about what future benefit his courageously seated Scotus has yet to afford us. Getting them confirmed was a feat, given the vicious tactics the antiamerican left employed in trying to block them. I remember when two conservative Nixon nominees (Haynesworth and Carswell) were blocked by the dems; he went to a more moderate third nominee, Blackmun, he of abortion fame in Roe v. Wade. How many fetuses were fast tracked to eternity by that ! But DJT refused to be intimidated by the dirt done his first nominee and persisted in advancing lawful Justices. The establishment of a lawful Scotus was in itself a monumental achievement because it spavined the longtime rubber stamp Court the radicals had presumed to use for so long to force so much counterintuitive, legislatively impossible imposition on America.

Then, the newly lawful Court started making huge differences. How many four and five year olds enjoy life today instead of being conveniently scalded or dismembered in the very womb, the place where all unborn should be most closely protected, the willful invasion of which is an abomination. It made very wide reaching decisions favoring 2nd Amendment rights and reining in presumptuous Federal bureaucrats, unelected quasi legislators determined to misuse their limited rule making power to advance their far left convictions in the face of popular common sense.

Then there is the prospect of the good this Court will certainly do in a future which could be long and productive especially if DJT is reelected and has a Senate a free of Schumer's disdainful stewardship.

What all that adds up to is incalculable justice for America already done and we have DJT to thank for it. This was the salient product of his first term, when, having been a productive entrepreneur instead of a career politician, he was still learning the ropes. With so very much more painfully won experience, a second term for him bodes much greater accomplishment.

  10. Dr. Waddy from Jack: You opined that the far left's radical lawfare on DJT has been unsuccessful either because they lack the ruthlessness or the competence to take it to its objective. I dunno: when it comes to ruthlessness, I think there is little if any limit to their willingness to exercise that tactic. And should their power grow, their embrace of amoral expedition will only intensify.

As for incompetence: their disdain for DJT because of his previously gained reputation as a mere professional celebrity, a frivolous dillettante, a presumptuous would be power broker ,led them to believe he could be easily defeated, even after he derailed Hillary.

They found out didn't they and they may well be forced to realize the the unendurable should he win: DJT is an hombre and far tougher than any of them.

I remember seeing a documentary from the '60's in which passionate young "revolutionaries" were berated by a far more experienced radical: "you think you know revolution!? When you've seen people staggering about with empty eye sockets because they've just been hit over the head with 2 by 4s, then you'll know something about it !" In the political sense these radical pukes today need the same comeuppance and they are getting it from DJT (though of course he does not wish them success). He has connected solidly ('he says what I want to say") with a vast swath of heretofore disenfranchised Americans absolutely fed up with radical imposition on all aspects of their lives and having been ill served by others who promised them support and empathy. If DJT wins they may well be brought face to face with the onerous consequences of their presumptuous folly. They are terribly wrong about America: the TOTALITY of its history, its progress toward justice (given the limits of human nature that are ignored by the radical left) and the catastrophic record of the Marxist doctrine they, with consummate evil due to its proven record, yet champion as a model for "fundamental transformation" and punishment of an erring and unrepentant country. They deserve to be brought up very, very short!.

  11. Richie, it sure looks like Trump and his followers are listening to your advice. They're embracing garbage like no one ever has!!!

Jack, I'm pretty sure Kamala would NEVER dress as a garbage man, because, as you point out, she couldn't pull off the look, and, more importantly, she couldn't KNOW if she could pull off the look in advance. Her campaign is terminally risk-averse. DJT is just one risk after another!

Jack, it's interesting to speculate whether a different sort of lawfare might have achieved its aim. Was the timing off? Clearly, it was! Was there simply too much of it, so that it all became white noise? Could be. Were its practitioners simply too timid to pursue it to its logical conclusion, i.e. jail? Possibly. Law schools will be pondering this for eons, I'm sure.

My only problem with the orange vests is that they're...silly. They are emblems of the extremist safety culture, designed by bureaucrats, lawyers, and HR drones, that we currently live in. Garbage I can live with. Weenies not so much.

I agree that Trump's three SCOTUS nominees have done yeoman service, and the repeal of Roe v. Wade was long overdue, BUT, of all the services that these Justices have performed, reducing the number of abortions, or increasing the number of babies, isn't one of them: https://www.guttmacher.org/fact-sheet/induced-abortion-united-states?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwm5e5BhCWARIsANwm06jtLfdmxQpFBW-pLXUWxFkLCnA8y4L9br2U_IF9JyjRlgOp2SwaAZoaAkSsEALw_wcB

Hmm. Do lefty lawyers and judges possess ruthlessness? Shamelessness, sure, but that's not the same thing. Why torment Trump legally unless you plan to send him to prison? And didn't he give them countless chances, by flouting judicial orders and demonstrating "contempt of court", to do exactly that? Where's the beef, lefties???

  12. Dr. Waddy from Jack: You have cited creditable empirical evidence to support your assertion that the number of abortions has not diminished. Still, there must be living young humans today who would never have been allowed life without the repeal of Roe v. Wade, a decision which shamed our country beyond measure.

  13. Possibly, Jack. Possibly. There are definitely numerous Americans who would be alive today if illegal immigrant murderers hadn't "offed" them. But their deaths were politically inconvenient, so let's not dwell on them.
