Impeachment -- Could It Really Happen?

Friends, the voices on the left calling for impeachment are getting louder and louder, and the mainstream media is only too happy to give these calls an airing.  The sad truth is that all too many people will be suckered by the impeachment narrative...and quite a few of them don't even need a pretext.  They will take Trump down any way they can.

It behooves those of us on the right to take the impeachment business seriously, because I guarantee you that Democrats do.  We need to realistically assess the potential for impeachment, and plan accordingly.  My latest article looks at the possibilities, and, while I conclude that impeachment and removal of the President is highly unlikely, it won't necessarily be smooth sailing...

Thanks to TownHall for publishing this important piece.

  1. That was a really great article and how surprised I was to see an article from someone I know, smiles. Keep up the great work, Dr. Waddy.

  3. Dr. Waddy: I think the possibilities of Presidents Biden, Sanders or Winfrey (despite my observation that she might have the makings of a formidable candidate) are largely obviated by the factor which probably rules out a successful conviction of President Trump - the real
America. Any effort by a temporarily Democrat House and/or Senate will redound to the Dem's distinct disfavor. And that will mean a Trump victory in 2020. The Dems would offer a telling view of their elitist disdain for yes, assuredly the real America, for whom the President has consistently stood, should they prosecute this quixotic effort. We will bury them if they try it.

  4. Hi Jack. I agree, in the sense that a failed impeachment effort will help the Dems even less than a failed shutdown. Still, that doesn't mean they won't try it...
