Friends, we hear a lot of nonsense from the Left about what a dictator Trump is, and how he's just like Hitler, only a thousand times worse. Typical progressive hyperbole, right? Well, I was always inclined to dismiss these claims, but now I hear that Trump has singlehandedly convinced (compelled?) Coca-Cola to change its formula. From now on, the company will use cane sugar rather than corn syrup in its signature beverage. I think it's pretty obvious where I'm going with this... He who can alter the formula for "American champagne", i.e. Coca-Cola, has, fairly obviously, UNLIMITED POWER!!! Before long, Trump will make the Big Mac into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
by an act of pure will... Everywhere you look, corporate America is rushing to placate DJT, and rightly so, for, if he is Commander-in-Chief of Colas, resistance to his dominion truly is futile. All hail King-Emperor Donald the Great, therefore!!! And, whether your tastes run to Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, or even Fanta, know that he is your lord and master, and never shall the sun set on his Empire of Pop! Pepsi, I hope you're listening, because the grace period for compliance with His Imperial Majesty's wishes is measured in hours...

Dr. Waddy from Jack: I am very much moved by the shift you have made from the empirical data you cited in your previous post to this, this carnival of hyperbolic emotionally ruled conviction. May you prosper in its embrace and its expression for all time. I pledge my fealty. "Vive le Roi"!
ReplyDeleteViva! Viva!
ReplyDeleteI'm happy if that cane sugar is from Cuba, and the Coca from Columbia.
DeleteRAY TO DR. WADDY
DeleteI think you need to be appointed as Reichs Protector of Presidential Approved Non-Alcoholic Drinks. With that said, you need to come up with an official uniform of your own design, with special attention to the jackboots. So, let's get cracking on this, shall we?
Dr. Waddy from Jack: It appears that over the last few days Comrade Mamdani has repented of his previously aired convictions concerning earthly Jewish existence and his animi to detested capitalism and the enforcement of lawfully promulgated , well, laws, especially those "encouraging " the law abiding and asking that criminal savages choose to refrain .
ReplyDeleteOh no, he didn't really mean all that. It was just youthful exuberance ( but please do not think his youth is indicative of any lack of compelling wisdom and justice and if you do and you express it, he'll be seeing you afterhe is elected, yes he will!
Who could be as credulous as to believe any such convenient abandonment of previous freely expressed conviction, in the midst of an election?!
I think his expressed convictions do not come close to showing what his real beliefs are . And at 33, he has time galore to work them. He probably can honestly say he is not a "communist". More likely he is a Stalinist or a Maoist.
Imagine those two had they had to endure democratic elections. "Why no I would never contemplate mass imprisonment of those who disagree with me or of their use as slave labor to build a new Russia. I am sure that enthusiastic workers and peasants will freely volunteer their limitless effort to building socialism in one country". OR "I honor all of China's glorious history and tradition and would not dream of enabling any contradiction of the wisdom of Confucius or any interference in China's economy".
For any sensible person, the dishonesty and consequent tyranny of all commies is proven and undeniable by history and now common sense. Just picture this Mamdani as "Dear Leader". He has a long life ahead and he may well be doing just that.
Dr. Waddy from Jack: I have been reading some of the agonized expectorations of those devastated by the common sense defunding of PBS and NPR. A common theme is "this defies the will of the American people!"
ReplyDeleteBut gee, the will of the American people was decisively expressed in Nov. '24 and it manifested the election of a man who had declared his intention to cut the runaway Federal spending which bids fair to ruin us if it continues in the unapologetic manner it was done by the Biden misadministration. I did not in the slightest perceive in candidate Trump qualification to this intent providing an exception for "public" broadcasting. That could even mean that it did not deserve such an exception.
Buck up, Dems and your far left puppeteers! You have very much more to endure in the near future! I rather suspect many more of your patronizing efforts to gift your intellectual and cultural tastes on a tax paying America which cries out to you for redemption, using its very taxes, from its shameful lack of discretion in its artistic and doctrinal tastes. Why, a new Dark Ages is probably nigh and yours is a now lonely voice in the gathering chaos.
You all are always invoking "democracy" in justifying the incipient totalitarianism which informs your intent. Why some of you even claim the comically counterintuitive title of "Democratic Socialists"! That is like claiming to be vegetarian wolves or sharks.
Comrade Mamdani is setting you a creditable example of honesty. He's not there yet but he comes alot closer to being frank about your side's undoubted dictatorial dreams. It appears that he may be establishing a pattern which may soon, through its far left junta, direct your ever continuing campaign to turn Americans into serfs.
I should have said above". . . many more of your patronizing efforts . . . its artistic and doctrinal tastes, are due for summary defunding."Jack
ReplyDeleteRay, you can count on me! The Reich will be better protected than ever. I've always known I was destined to end up as a Golden Pheasant.
ReplyDeleteMamdani is the gift that keeps on giving! It will be fascinating to see how the polls move in the months ahead. I would bet on Cuomo, if I didn't find the notion of betting on Cuomo so odious.
Jack, we learn a lot about the Left from the hills on which it chooses to die: illegal immigration, NPR, protecting bureaucrats from retrenchment...and, of course, the cancellation of Stephen Colbert! Oh yes. These are the issues that keep your average American awake at night...NOT!!!
Dr. Waddy from Jack: Oh but now they think they have a winner: the Epstein chronicles. How very much they hope they can ride possible salacious references therein to DJT's downfall. That's rich, coming from the people who still revere the most casually and presumptuously obscene President ever to disgrace our White House.
ReplyDeleteDr. Waddy from Jack: You are right; we learn that the far left is desperate from their futile efforts to can DJT. And its very encouraging that they show more and more signs of moving to the "democratic" socialist "slough of despair". Being too far left brought them the realization of their WORST EVER nightmare, a President who knows them for what they are, who is a happy warrior who has taken the worst they can dish out; who is still willing to get in the very ring with them and who daily lands haymakers on them. So what's their remedy? Move ever further far left! Three Huzzahs and a tiger to that! ( a Civil War endorsement).
ReplyDeleteI hear another 'democratic" Socialist is progressing toward the Governorship of Minnesota. And of course, part of that rugged but mysteriously prone to trust of the left wing state is represented by "rep."Ilhan Omar , who would if she could (but she can't) bring hellish Sudan to prominence in our polity. Maybe the far left has despaired of ever redeeming red state America and is now concentrating on building fortified oases of radical dreaming and dictation in certain fecund areas like NY, Kalifornia, maybe Minnesota (?) etc.
Oh, the Left may move further leftward, and in so doing ruin itself, but by no means will it see its demise coming or embrace its own obsolescence. The Left's self-satisfaction and waxing radicalism is born of its self-isolation and aversion to reality. In other words, leftists will expect to be REWARDED for their extremism, because everyone they know is extreme!
ReplyDeleteDr. Waddy from Jack: When NYC City Council President Messenger was beaten by Guiliani for the NYC Mayoralty, she was quoted "how could Guiliani win?! Nobody I know voted for him!" The NY Post's reply was "Exactly!"
