Take a Chill Pill

Friends, if I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times: there's simply nothing more dangerous in this world than someone who thinks he's rational, but in point of fact is hysterical, or at least wholly captive to his emotions.  "Progressives" fit this description perfectly, and their case for impeaching and "removing" ex-President Trump is a case in point.  Now, if someone was actually guilty of "inciting" an "insurrection", wouldn't it make sense to wait until a full investigation was completed?  Wouldn't it be sensible to interview a witness or two and/or examine documentary evidence?  Nah, not the Dems.  Not the progs.  They know Trump is guilty because they feel it in their bones, and their idea of making their "case" is to play on the emotions of the jury -- the U.S. Senate -- and of the American people foolish enough to watch at home.  Let's face it: the case against Donald Trump is monstrously weak.  It's based on the idea that Trump said some false and bad things, and then people who agreed committed crimes.  Ergo, Trump is guilty of incitement.  That would NEVER fly in a court of law, and it doesn't pass the smell test here either.  This trial is the Beltway Dems' last big push to get their pound of flesh from the man they most hate in the world, and as usual they're failing.  Now, whether their worst nightmare comes true and DJT rises from his political grave to haunt the Dems in 2024...we'll just have to wait and see.

This is an article well worth reading.  It lays out the stark differences in the severity of the pandemic-related recessions in a variety of Western countries.  Note that, here in Trumpland, our downturn was among the shallowest.  Give credit where credit is due?  After all, failed businesses, lost jobs, and dashed dreams have a real impact on human well-being.  From what I can tell, even lefties are starting to realize that.

  1. I am going to quote my son, "Why the continuing hate? Why do these people hate Trump so much?" Indeed I often ask myself that very question. And it really boils down to that simple word; HATE. Hate what? Low gas prices, security (both job and border), stock market high etc. Honestly, I don't think dems / lefties even realize what they are doing to this country. It is all about HATE for one person. Pure and simple. I might add hate for America and now we have this cancel culture, pure evil.

Excellent article on the Federalist. Another great article written by one Christopher Bedford, "Decades Before The Civil War, Lincoln Saw An Approaching Storm. Every American Should Read His Warning". As for the UK story, I often wonder will we ever know the truth about this pandemic? Actually, the truth is out there; if folks would just do their research. I think majority of people know the truth, but are conditioned NOT to challenge authority etc. I personally feel that is why we as Human Beings are in trouble so to speak.

I like the illustration you are using for this article depicting a bunch of pissant demonstrators carrying a banner denouncing Trump and presenting him in the image of Hitler. Hilarious!

These low life types don't realize what a great thing it is to be able to do what they are doing, because they are in The United States of America. Ding bats like this would have never existed in Hitler's Germany. They would have been political prisoners in the KL system, having very unpleasant lives at places like Buchenwald, Dachau, and so on.

They are lucky to be here, and as much as I detest these Leftist assholes, I am glad they have the right to do what they are doing. I'm against destroying property and looting and so on, but let these fuckers demonstrate.

Likewise, these same types would never have been allowed to demonstrate in any real Right Wing Dictatorship to include Franco's Spain, Pinochet's Chile and the list goes on.

Demonstrations as shown above would have been put down with the utmost brutality. My guess is that the people shown in your illustration are Antifa?

So I guess my question now, is how long would a bunch of anti-Biden demonstrators mocking him as Mao or Stalin last?

  3. I'm also willing to bet that if any of these fools demonstrating against Trump were asked who Hitler was, or Stalin, or Mao, much less any lesser known dictators, and when they lived even approximately, that most of them would be unable to answer any basic questions. I would love to ask any one of these fools who Peron was, for example. Even if you told them that Peron was dictator of Argentina back in the late 1940s and early 1950s, that they would even be able to locate Argentina on a map. How about Amin in Uganda? Duh! Where is Uganda?

  4. Dr.From Jack: Joe Kerensky is already far more of a dictator than Trump ever was! Leftist administration absolutely promises, always, arbitrary elitist rule.

  5. Dr. From Jack: Liked your points and the Federalist article. Yes we should attack Maxine Waters's encouragement of vengeful leftist rioters. Also the deafening silence of the left and its obsequious MSM onthe terrorizing of Senator Hawley's family in their home by Waters inspired profane thugs.

  6. Dr from Jack: it's not that we should look for any sign of retreat on the part of the left from this vicious tactic and its present manifestation in this ehh, "trial". Rather, we should play it for all its worth in convincing the real America that it's votes in 2020,though indispensable, must inspire more grassroots action against the America haters! First, do not be discouraged by recent close Dem victories. Second: embrace the conviction that ALL Dems, at ANY level, serve the leftist totalitarian intentions of Schumer, Pelosi, Kamalfornia and Marx, even if they think that on the local level it cannot be. It can!

  7. VERY GLAD THIS SECOND IMPEACHMENT TRIAL IS OVER AND TRUMP WAS ACQUITTED. I'M SURE THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE WAR AGAINST TRUMP BY THE LEFT, BUT A MAJOR OBSTACLE HAS JUST BEEN ELIMINATED.

  8. Linda, I wonder: is Trump-hatred the symptom or the disease? We all know, if Trump disappeared tomorrow, the hatred wouldn't abate. The Left would find new bogeymen in an instant. Still, Trump had a knack for crystallizing their hatred and redirecting it. God forbid they redirect that same anger towards you and me! We might not survive it.

Great point, Ray. The notion that we live in a fascist dictatorship is patently absurd. But this detachment from reality is what makes the Left so dangerous. Like the U.S. military in Vietnam, they might be willing to "destroy America in order to save it"...in this case, save it from a danger that was only in their heads to begin with. Frankly, the "insurrection" was the DEFINITIVE rebuttal of the idea that Trump is a fascist. If he was, how might he have handled such a crisis/opportunity? VERY differently.

Jack, I'm not aware of what transpired at Hawley's home, but I'm sure there's more of it to come, and worse too. I'm still awaiting mass firings of conservatives from public service and from our wokest corporations. Brace yourselves, deplorables!

Ray, I share your joy at Trump's acquittal. Justice prevails once more. I doubt his legal troubles are over, however.

  9. Dr.From Jack: Demonstrative totalitarian protestors picketed his home with his wife and baby within! The cowards didn't dare face him directly. Why,pray, has the hue and cry not been sounded throughout the land for anyone who has in any way criticized the Senator. They have openly incited error tactics against him, yes? That is the Dem way isn't it Madame Pelosi?

  10. Dr. Waddy from Jack: "Feelings"ehh? Ever and always the province of the sensitive left they are; their feelings that is, for which they demand uunquestioning deference and respect for their conviction that their feelings outweigh objectivity and give and take in discourse. The feelings of their political inferiors? Beneath even their reflexively rendered contempt.
