Friends, our immigration enforcement apparatus, including ICE and Border Patrol, is at a crossroads. On one hand, we have a president who is now willing and apparently eager to enforce our immigration laws, and who has already removed 2+ million illegal immigrants from the country. We also threw tens of billions of dollars at the mission of deporting illegals, courtesy of the "Big, Beautiful Bill", and that new infrastructure is just about to come online, as you'll read below. On the other hand, the Dems and their media allies have made the demonization of ICE a top priority, and the retreat of DHS from Minneapolis suggests that the Trump Administration may be getting cold feet about aggressively enforcing immigration laws in blue cities and states, especially in an election year. What's more, there are finite numbers of hardened felons to deport. Once we're down to undocumented grandmas and fruit pickers, we have to wonder whether the Trump Administration will have the same zeal to deport, deport, deport... The question is, therefore: are enforcement efforts about to ramp up, or are they about to cool down? In essence, the answer to the question is 100% political. It depends on the priorities and intestinal fortitude of Donald Trump himself.

Dr. Waddy from Jack: These far left neo '60s campus brats and their punk remoras (not all of them students but enough ,as always ) are reprising the vicious contempt they managed to spread in those days for our military. Now its for law enforcement; the shameful pattern is much the same. But this time, I think, a more mature America is not going to countenance it or patronize it and those who practice it stand to become pariahs. We have a President who already has demonstrated his determination to directly confront all Marxist inspired and enabled injustice.
ReplyDeleteI know I'm bloody well sick and tired of those students (who are by definition people with alot to learn) who arrogate to themselves decisive political power. They need to shut up , step off and , yes, be hilariously scorned like the doofusses they are.In the 60s they did incalculable damage to our country and to the millions of Vietnamese unfortunates who consequently suffered characteristic Marxist depravity. They were able to do this ONLY because there were so danged many of them in the gigantic boomer generation. Even the President had to take their insolent naivete into consideration in policy making.
I don't think this latter day eruption of both some of today's striplings and even some doddering fool veterans of the '60's barricades are going to have quite the catastrophic effect they had back then. Even so, the certain unforgivable damage they are doing to the morale of those who daily protect us from the criminal and treasonous barbarian horde is supremely detestable.
Those who advance this anarchy cannot be shamed or otherwise persuaded. They need to be DISSUADED and intimidated by overwhelming public political and lawful outrage and intolerance. Too many Americans stayed silent when our military was anathematized by such ingrates , led even by a President and his disdainful consort. If America allows it to happen yet again , then immeasurable disgrace will once again be our lot.
Dr. Wady from Jack: Again , please believe me, we Vietnam vets are watching closely to see if the country throws our dutiful law enforcement people to the same far left wolves we were abandoned to back in the day.
