Google's Coming Comeuppance

Friends, I've written before about Google's dodgy ethics and its track record of not-so-petty larceny.  Well, now it appears that the Supreme Court (which is about to get even Supreme-er!) is ready to hold Google to account.  That's a good start, but the Dems may be right: only be breaking up these Big Tech monopolies can we protect the American people from their ravages and their high-handedness.  Anyway, check out my latest article, and see if you don't agree that Google's day of reckoning may be near.

Let's face it: allegations of corruption against the Biden clan are going to play a major role in determining the outcome of this election.  Therefore, every American should read this story and decide for him or herself how strong the evidence against the Bidens really is:

  1. Attacks on Joe Biden from Trump supporters on the Right can be expected, but when they come from the Left that is a bit of a surprise. I thought it was interesting, to say the least, that a prominent Left publishing house, Verso Books, has released (January 2020), an anti-Biden book titled "Yesterday's Man: The Case Against Joe Biden" by Branko Marcetic, a professional writer with Jacobin Magazine. The author is Canadian, so he is taking a look at Biden from the outside so to speak, but still from the Left.

    1. fascinating Ray. Jacobin is totally socialist in their leanings, I was wondering if the far left (aka Bernie) is going to hurt Biden because I don't see them as the type to cast their vote for Biden just because he's not Trump, as opposed to your centrist-ish democrat who would.

  2. Dr. Nick

I know you are busy, but please take the time to purchase a copy of a book by a great American, Andrew Cuomo titled "American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic". I saw it in Barnes & Noble yesterday all stacked up at the entrance, and was going to buy it. However, the crowd was so great I could not get near it. In fact I was almost knocked down and trampled by screaming customers who were buying up multiple copies. Things got so hysterical that the store manager had to limit copies for each customer. This all goes to show that people want to know the truth about this disaster, and want to hear it from a great leader. You are so fortunate to have this wonderful man as your governor. So get your copy today before the stores run out.

  3. After watching Biden on the debate last night, I hope he is thinking about his cabinet positions if he is elected. I think that Hunter Biden as Secretary of The Navy would be an appropriate appointment.

  4. Loved the close of the debate last night where Trump's wife and Biden's wife walked up on the stage, both wearing masks, Trump without, and then all of a sudden Biden puts on his mask which he had been waving around while yapping about Corona. There must be some secret symbolism here that I failed to catch.

  5. I was really impressed last night when Biden looked straight at the camera, with a smile that only a progressive elite could put on, and address "The Folks" with his message of everything he is going to do for the masses, so they don't have to worry about anything. It was so reassuring.

  6. Ray, that anti-Biden book was published back when the Dems had yet to decide on a candidate, and Biden was, even among the Dems, something of a joke. Remember back that far? Now he's Saint Joe...

Holy moly! Did Cuomo really write a book about how brilliantly he handled COVID-19? That tears it. The world really has gone mad.

Hunter as Secretary of the Navy? One assumes that, if Biden DID win the election, the media might actually start to investigate this family corruption business. If so, and if there's truth to it, Kamala could easily become Prez sooner rather than later. And maybe that was the plan all along?

  7. Dr.Waddy from Jack: As a librarian I had to deal with copywrite law and there was much presumption and wishful thinking to be seen in the attitudes of users who evinced typical '60's educated attitudes: " No,no the creator is not entitled to the fruits of his or her labor; WE are!" But with a lawful Scotus in the very near offing we can look forward to a return to the quaint notion that the benefits of creditable enterprise accrue to its practioners.

  9. Dr.Waddy from Jack: Copyright, not copywrite, sheesh Jack! Wow that Hunter is some case isn't he. I hope is very apparent tawdryness combines with latest revelations put the lie to Joe's insufferable patronizing sanctamoniousness: ( why shore I am just a good old Scranton PA boy, though I would gladly deprive the millions of freedom loving gun owners in PA of that freedom).

  10. Dr.Waddy from Jack: to continue: why Hillary andI always had a beer and a shot together at the Scranton expatriates' joint in DC right at quittin' time. Don't you forget now, ya'll are back in chains ef ya don't vote for me and you ain't black if ya don't!)

  11. Dr.Waddy from Jack: Of course none of this will dissuade the Dem cultists but discerning undecideds may conclude that this, together with the evidence established above, is enough already!

  12. Dr. Waddy from Jack: I read a not unsympathetic review of Cuomo's lugubrious book. Apparently he invited the reader to share in the ehhh . . . unedifying image of his 6am self contemplation in the unforgiving mirror and actually admitted to some fault perceived thereby!Oh do spare us Andrew. Your narcissism is long since manifested for our displeased horde here in flyover country, i.e. that part of your fief (state) yet unentranced by your consummate righteousness!

  13. All hail the return of Kenny! Welcome back, Kenny. :)

I agree with you about the far left. Most of it, of course, will vote slavishly for Joe Biden. The media blackout on all anti-Biden stories, and on all mention of the Green Party, is designed to achieve that, and it will. But if you look at the early voting data, it seems that young people and minorities AREN'T coming out in droves. Most Trump-hating progressives will vote Biden-Harris, therefore, but if enough "woke" far-leftists stay home (even a few percent of them), it could determine the outcome of the race. Remember also that the Left is spinning the same narrative in 2020 as it did in 2016: they're claiming that the Dems are WAY ahead. That actually gives some progressives permission to stay home...

  14. Jack, it is a fascinating question what precisely is going through the minds of "undecideds" right now... Possibly just a gentle breeze. In any case, whether there are enough of them to make a difference is unclear. One of the big unknowns in 2020 is turnout. Early voting has been HUGE, but in a pandemic one would expect that. What will happen on election day? Bottom line: we Trumpers have it in our power to deliver Trump victory in the closing days... I pray we shall!
